  • CMC provides full factory service on all CMC products regardless of age. All units processed in the CMC repair center are subjected to the same rigorous quality assurance standards of new products.

  • CMC provides a replacement for any defective unit. Simply call CMC Customer Service group for a return authorization number (RA Number). CMC expediently ships a replacement unit upon receipt of the defective unit. We provide the same level of service and support after the warranty period. Repairs after the warranty period are billed on a flat-rate schedule.

  • CMC is able to offer the most affordable extended warranty terms in the industry due to our high initial quality and ongoing value engineering efforts.

  • CMC offers comprehensive product training and online technical support to the field at no charge to our customers.

  • Our Software Distribution Management System (SDMS) supports online diagnostics and troubleshooting, and provides software upgrades and replacements to units in the field.

  • CMC uses Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) 850 Purchase Order, 855 Purchase Order Acknowledgement, 810 Invoice, 860 Purchase Order Change and 997 Functional Acknowledgement.
